The physical distancing and social isolation orders from public health and safety officials have kept us home for weeks. It has disrupted the daily rhythm and flow of life for everyone.
For our operation, the Saanich North and the Islands constituency office is closed to walk-in traffic. As a result, we have adapted so we can continue to serve our constituents and communities remotely.
The public health emergency and economic crisis has devastated life as we knew it. This extraordinary situation is impacting us all very differently and I am curious to hear how people have adjusted their lives, their work and recreation.
What have we learned? How are we responding? What can we do now to limit our vulnerability and increase our resilience?
As an elected official I want to know the impacts of our public policy decisions and how we can improve them.
