Episode 20 – The Public Circle LIVE! (Salmon, Peninsula Streams and Ian Bruce)

Once each month I will be inviting a local champion into The Circle to highlight the work that they do on an important issue in our riding.
As many of you know I have a passion for wild Pacific salmon and so I thought I would start by highlighting the work of Peninsula Streams and Ian Bruce.
The provincial government is quick to point out that salmon are a federal responsibility. But, we don’t have to dig very deep to realize that provincial and local government decisions have a huge impact on salmon and their habitat. Look no further than the Saanich Inlet, Goldstream and Colquitz Creek as an example.
